Biography:
Jennifer Hendrickson (class of '07) is the Senior Director of Emergency Preparedness and Continuity for Mass General Brigham. After graduating from Penn State with B.A.'s in both CAMS and International Politics, she earned an M.A. in Global Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
Jennifer has nearly twenty years of experience in developing and implementing innovative strategies to solve complex challenges in emergency preparedness, security, and continuity across a range of critical infrastructure sectors. Her expertise includes leading emergency management and risk management programs in the Federal, State and Private Sector; this includes strategic planning, analyzing mitigation options and ensuring continuity of operations. Jennifer's expertise includes overseeing an enterprise emergency preparedness and continuity team and leading continuity of healthcare operations.
