Emily Martin earned dual degrees from Penn State in Classics & Ancient Mediterranean Studies and Philosophy in 2010, followed by her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law and Graduate School in 2013, where she graduated cum laude. Emily is currently counsel at Saul Ewing LLP in Philadelphia, where she concentrates her practice in construction litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution settings. In 2023, Emily was the recipient of three "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" awards in the categories of construction law, commercial litigation and litigation-construction. Prior to joining Ewing, Emily practiced at Shutts & Bowen LLP in Orlando. In 2024, she was awarded the CAMS Oustanding Early Career Alumni Award.
