As a Schreyer Honors Scholar, Franklin Keller earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance (Honors) and a minor in CAMS from Penn State in 2008. He then earned his Master of Liberal Arts in History from Harvard University in 2025, with an M.A. thesis written under the direction of Prof. Willy C. Shih, the Robert and Jane Cizik Professor of Management Practice in Business Administration at Harvard Business School.
Franklin is now the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Talos Eurisko Asset Management, a Technology-focused hedge fund. Prior to founding Talos, he was Investment Director for the CHIPS Program Office (CPO) within the Department of Commerce – a $53bn grant and $75bn loan authority created by the bipartisan CHIPS Act of 2022 to bring semiconductor manufacturing back to America. Before joining the CPO, Mr. Keller was Associate Portfolio Manager at Ashler Capital (a Citadel business) focused on technology, a role he held from 2019-2023. He was the Semiconductor Sector Head at Millennium Management from 2016-2018 and started his investing career as an analyst at Balyasny Asset Management, where he worked from 2014-2016. Prior to his investing roles, he worked in equity research at Morgan Stanley from 2013-2014 and Lehman Brothers / Barclays from 2008-2013, covering semiconductors and hard technology. In 2024, Franklin was awarded the CAMS Outstanding Alumni award.
